Leaders Connect 360 Leadership Community – Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility:

• Individuals seeking membership in Leaders Connect 360 Leadership Community must be at least 18 years of age.
• Membership is open to professionals, leaders, and individuals interested in leadership development.’

1. Membership Duration:

• Membership in Leaders Connect 360 is valid for one year from the date of enrolment and can be renewed annually.

1. Membership Fees:

• Members are required to pay an annual membership fee of Rs. 4999/- as determined by Leaders Connect 360.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

1. Membership Benefits:

• All benefits and services offered to members are subject to availability and scheduling.
• Leaders Connect 360 reserves the right to modify or expand membership benefits without prior notice.

1. Weekly Wisdom Sessions:

• Members are encouraged to attend the Weekly Wisdom Sessions as frequently as possible.
• Scheduling and topics of these sessions are subject to change, and members will be notified of any alterations.

1. Quarterly Rocket Gaols Events:

• Members will receive invitations to quarterly Rocket Gaols events.
• Members a entitled to attend 4 Rocket Goals Meet across India (Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai).
• Incase if members are not able to join for Rocket Goals Meet, Members can invite any of your friend, colleague or family members to participate as visitor to Rocket Gaols meet

1. Panel Discussions:

• Members interested in participating in Panel Discussions with Top Management Leaders must express their interest in advance.

1. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members and any information shared within the community.
• Confidential information disclosed during panel discussions or other events must not be shared outside the community.

1. Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all members and Leaders Connect 360 staff.
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

1. Membership Renewal:

• Members will be notified in advance of their membership expiration date and given the option to renew.
• Failure to renew membership will result in the loss of access to community benefits.

1. Termination of Membership:

• Leaders Connect 360 reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at its discretion for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
