Our refund and returns policy states that the below form to be filled up with request for Refund stating the reason for the refund with in 3rd training session or 21 Days (whichever is earlier).

To be eligible for a refund, a call with our Senior Leaders within 7 working days from the date of receiving your refund request mail will be arranged. Based on your mutual availability and discussion, if the reason of unsatisfactory feeling is valid, we shall initiate the refund to your bank account within 15 working days from the date of mutual telephonic or Video call discussion.

      Refunds

      Once your refund is accepted, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your bank account within 15 working days from the date of mutual telephonic or video call discussion.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges

      Books & DVD & Podcasts

      The Exchange of our products is only for our Books, DVDs or Podcasts only. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arul@themaskleadership.com. Once based on the reply email accepting your exchange send your item to our Corporate office address.

      Shipping Returns

      To return your product, kindly send your product to : The Mask Leadership, #153/2E, Iyappa Nagar 1st Street, Vengambakkam, Chennai – 600048 Contact: 9884025080

      We request you for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      Networking & Awards Events

      The refund is not applicable for “Networking Meet” and “Awards Events”. If there is a “No show” of the leader during the date of the event planned due to climatic conditions or Health Reasons then the payments can be utilized for the next event by writing an email to arul@themaskleadership.com with all the relevant details of purchase for “Networking” & “Awards” Events.
